UPS Teamsters will get a raise of $1.22 on August 1, including a 22 cent-cost of living increase (COLA).

Article 33 of the UPS Master Agreement provides some protection against inflation. If the cost of living goes up over 3%, based on the year of May 2025 to May 2026, Teamsters receive a COLA raise.

Inflation from May 2025 to May 2026 was 4.4%.

The COLA also increases mileage rates by 0.55 cents per mile for mileage-paid UPS Teamsters. 

The COLA and raise will be reflected in the first pay period following August 1, 2026.
